Investment risk is rising in real estate with some buyers spending so much to purchase, the rent doesn’t cover their expenses. If prices fall they will be loosing money in two ways. You can still find some good yields (about 7%) in REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) in bank and hotel property investments.
