Senior Common Interest Bills Quashed

It was announced that S-2016, S-2344 and A-3855 have died in committee without approval by the state Legislature before the end of the 2004-2005 session. These bills proposed increased government oversight of Senior Community Associations by creating an office of ombudsman which would be paid for by increased fees for homeowners. Watch to see if the administration recalls these bills.
